Paul, Esq.: Piper is an attorney
whose special education practice focuses on juvenile delinquency and mental
health issues. She is “of counsel” to
the Law Firm of Nora A. Belanger, LLC in Norwalk, Connecticut. She is a former
New York City prosecutor, who is passionate about helping children and families
advocate for their legal rights.

Anita
Budd: Anita makes the firm run! She serves as our paralegal and also
supports the firm bookkeeping and records. Prior to supporting the Law Office of
Nora A. Belanger, LLC, Anita spent several years running the Pound Ridge Learning
Center in NY. She also owned and managed a successful actuary business in New
Canaan, CT.
